PURPOSE

  • I am a Christ-centered Coach who guides, inspires, instructs, and empowers those who are ready to transform their hearts and minds back to a natural faith in God.  Assisting them to find healing by using practical life approaches and following realistic, obtainable, and achievable principles. This Christian-based wellness program encourages, recharges, inspires, and equips every participant to see an immediate improvement in their way of viewing life’s challenges and obstacles and what God wants for their lives by identifying these 7 key factors.

  1. Having a Christ-Centered Relationship.

  2. Identify the historical hindrances that are causing doubt.

  3. Understanding the PIECES during the PROCESS.

  4. Get to know who you are and who’s you are (Idea vs. Destiny).

  5. Transforming from Unbelief and Defeat to Faith.

  6. Forging Forward: Replenished and Empowered.

  7. Living in Joy.
